Rootline Community Initiative builds community infrastructure for military life in motion. We create practical systems for connection, newcomer integration, professional growth, leadership, shared knowledge, and advocacy. We're starting at Camp Humphreys and designed to travel and expand.

Rootline started with a recurring pattern: capable people kept arriving, rebuilding, contributing, and eventually leaving. Often taking hard-earned knowledge and momementum with them

We believed military communities could retain more of what people build. So we began designing for the reality of movement instead of treating turnover as the norm.
