About the event
Leading a community group shouldn't mean burning yourself out or struggling in isolation. This essential training equips current and prospective Circle Leaders with everything they need to create thriving, sustainable communities that serve their members well and survive leadership transitions.
You'll learn Rootline's values-based leadership approach, practical systems for event planning and member engagement, strategies for preventing volunteer burnout, and tools for creating psychologically safe spaces where all community members can thrive.
This interactive training covers the "how" of community leadership – from handling difficult conversations and managing group dynamics to building programs that continue strong even when leaders PCS or step back.
Whether you're already leading a Circle, considering starting one, or just want to strengthen your community leadership skills, this training provides the foundation for leadership that makes a lasting, positive impact.
Required for all new Circle Leads and Co-Leads. Highly recommended for anyone in community leadership roles.
