Whether you're from Hawaii, Guam, the Philippines, Samoa, Fiji, or any Pacific island – or you just have a deep love for island culture – Island Roots is your space to connect with fellow military families who share that special aloha spirit.

Share stories from home, exchange recipes that remind you of family gatherings, teach each other traditional crafts or customs, and build community around the rich traditions that keep us connected to our roots, no matter how far from the islands we may be.

This Circle celebrates the diversity within our Pacific island communities while honoring what unites us – the values of ohana, hospitality, resilience, and connection to land and sea that shape who we are. Come as you are, bring your island stories, and help us create a little piece of paradise here in Korea.
