A FREE BACKPACK FOR STUDENTS K-12
If your family is stationed at Camp Humphreys, your school-age kids can get a backpack packed with $50 worth of items on their supply list. It's free, and registering takes about two minutes.
As part of the Welcome Partnership Network, this program is organized by Rootline Community Initiative with kits provided by Welcome Wagon of Korea.

A new school year can become a financial burden for families already here, and for families PCSing at the start of the school year. Let us help ease the burden so you can start the school year off great.

ELIGIBILITY
YOU QUALIFY IF THESE APPLY TO YOU:
This is for families at Camp Humphreys with students in grades K-12 and are enrolled in a DoWEA School on Humphreys or is homeschooling while stationed at Humphreys. To qualify, families must also meet at least one of the criterias below.
SPONSOR IS E-5 OR BELOW
Junior-enlisted households.
RECEIVING WIC OVERSEAS
Enrolled in the WIC Overseas program.

Is arriving to Humphreys in AUG or SEPT

Provides peer-to-peer services that support families and servicemembers throughout their PCS tour -- allowing them to integrate into community quicker.
