Our Partners

At Rootline Community, we don’t believe in silos. A military community is only as strong as the connections between its people, its businesses, and its support systems. We are proud to collaborate with organizations that share our "People First" mission—ensuring that every arrival is welcomed and every stay is rooted in purpose.

Welcome Wagon of Korea (WWoK)

The First Impression of the Land of the Morning Calm

The journey to belonging starts the moment a family steps off the bus. Rootline works in lockstep with Welcome Wagon of Korea to bridge the gap between arrival and integration.

  • How we work together: While WWoK provides the immediate "Day-0" hospitality—greeting every bus with snacks, water, and essential info—Rootline provides the "Day-1 and Beyond" infrastructure through our ROOT Pathway programs

  • Unified Leadership: Shared vision at the board level ensures that no family falls through the cracks during their transition to Korea.

Why this partnership matters?

Arrival in Korea can be overwhelming. Language barriers, jet lag, and the " Humphreys Haze" are real. By aligning Rootline’s long-term community infrastructure with Welcome Wagon’s front-line hospitality, we are closing the gap between arriving and belonging.

  • Seamless Transition: When you receive a WWoK bag at the bus, you’ll find a path directly into a Rootline Circle or professional network.

  • Volunteer Synergy: Our volunteers work hand-in-hand. Whether you want to greet a bus for an hour or lead a monthly interest group, we provide clear pathways for you to give back.

  • Shared Leadership: With shared values of integrity, people-first service, and community-centered design, our leadership teams collaborate to ensure resources are never duplicated and needs are always met.
